Hi,

As we also told you from support email, please make sure you have enough permissions to create folders and upload files in that location using another FTP client.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

I have the correct permissions, I can create a directory from an ftp client. I can transfer files and all. I tried putting a /before the backup location in backup for all. Same problem

Hi,

As we told you, the FTP account you use does not have enough permissions to create folders in that location.
Even the temporary FTP account you created for us allows to create folders only in a subfolder but not in the root location.
