The requested operation requires elevation

I've upgraded from 4 to 5 (build 5.5) on my Windows 10 computer and am trying to get a daily backup running (to a USB HDD).
I used the tutorial found here, http://www.backup4all.com/kb/how-to-sch ... b-835.html and set up the job again since the imported backup from version 4 didn't work.

It will run if I manually run it but the schedule doesn't - showing the error "The requested operation requires elevation (0x800702E4)"

We fixed that problem.
Please download the latest version of Backup4all 5.5.839 from our website.

Installed newer version...job claims completion but no backup.
Error in log "could not find job or tag..."

Still using version 4.

I would like to know how to request a refund?
