Schedule running but not showing in Backup4All

Hi,
I have set up a backup schedule that is being kicked off in Windows Task Scheduler and is executing b4aSchedStarter.exe. It is showing as returning successfully but Backup4All doesn't run, there is no backup and no evidence in history or the Backup4All.log file. The scheduled task works fine and backup4all runs when I'm logged on but when I log off the machine the scheduled task runs but Backup4All doesn't run.
I'm using Backup4All 4.9 Build 291 running on Windows Server 2012.
Can anyone help?

Hi,

Is the task configured to run using "Windows scheduler" or "Built-in scheduler"? (in Backup Properties->Scheduler->Edit->Properties)

Can you manually create a new scheduled task from Control Panel->Task Scheduler, to run that job when no user is logged on?
