No ftp upload file

No ftp upload file

Hi, sorry, but my english is not good...
My problem is that Backup4all not upload the file to an ftp server, packaged well and add the files I want to backup. Last week I updated the program, can be caused by the update?, The version is 4.26 Build 263

Hi,

Please send us the last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.
To find the log, go to View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

I'm afraid I did not received it.

Hi,

It seems the user had to enable the passive mode for transfers.
