Network name is no longer available ( ? )
Hi,
I just installed Backup4all, and have received similar error messages on two straight backup attempts. I'm trying to backup 3-4GB onto NAS (USB hard drive connected to USB port on a Netgear router.)
About halfway through the backup, I get a message :
Cannot add file "C:...>" to "\\READYSHARE\...\New Backup\1_C.zip".
Zip error: Cannot write file "\\READYSHARE\...\New Backup\1_C.zip"
The specified network name is no longer available (While writing compressed file in zip)
Backup aborted at 11/12/2011 11:56:04 AM with 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
Any ideas as to the problem ?
Thanks,
David Rowe

Hi,
Please open Backup Properties->Compression.
Select the “Always use temporary folder to create zip files” option and press Save.
Run again the backup.
