Major error: "Too many copies"
My copy of Backup4all refuses to start this morning and says "Too many copies are using the same product key." I am not happy about this. I followed the link to reset the key but it says it has to wait for approval now.
I need immediate assistance and am looking for replacement software in the meantime.

Hi,
If there are major hardware changes on the computer or if you upgraded your OS, it is possible that Backup4all detects that computer as a different one. In this case, you just need to reset the activation on the provided link. After the reset is performed, you can activate it again.
