Hi,

You need to locate the registry entries for your printer settings, export those entries and back up the resulting file.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

As I am working in a education sector so I need to do many things about printing. So keeping important documents are quite required for my job is quite important. SO backup of printer's setting is very important, but while i was doing so a massage was coming written as canon printer not printing black but the issue is it is actually doing black printing then why it is coming just do not have an idea.

Hi,

You should export the printer settings/configurations/presets and back up that file using Backup4all.
