Google Drive / Cloud setup does not work
Hello, I use backup4all 8.9, my OS is Windows 7.
If I follow these instructions (https://www.backup4all.com/how-to-backu ... ve-kb.html), the window shown there does not open. I cannot enter my account data because the necessary window does not appear.
Although the picture of the instructions shows that the window comes from Backup4all itself, I have of course checked whether the necessary window opens in my browser, but this is not the case (in case the instructions are no longer up to date).
Although my virus scanner should not actually prevent a running programme from opening a new window, I deactivated my virus scanner - no change. I use the window's own firewall, so it should not be the cause of the problem.

I assume you are talking about the images from step 3. Is that correct?
What happens after you press the "Chose account" button in Backup4all?

Hi Adrian, right, I meant step 3: No matter which provider I choose, nothing happens. So no window opens.
