Cannot stop a job running

Cannot stop a job running

I cannot stop a job running for 4 days. I press Cancel, it asks me if I am sure to cancel the current operation and I say yes and nothnig happen.

The stop button is gray.

I close the application and open it again... same result. The job is still running and I cannot stop it.

Version : Backup4all 6.1
Windows 7

Hi,

Please kill the bbackup.exe process from Task Manager. Then restart Backup4all.
