Cannot get backup4all to run in background
I am evaluating backup4all (standard) on my windows 7 system, and it all seems to work fine, apart from one thing:
I cannot get the program to run in background. My setup consists of 2 backup jobs, which are run as a backup group
from the scheduler. In the scheduler properties I have checked the 'command line application', with the 'Hide window'
box checked, and I am using the windows scheduler. Nevertheless, the main application is launched.

Re: Cannot get backup4all to run in background
Hi,
We don't have such problems here.
Please make sure you don't have another scheduled task to start the main application in the same time.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

OK - figured it out - There was another backup4all task still in the windows scheduler. Once I had removed the task from the the windows scheduler, it ran fine.
