Can't update Backup4All - Error #11004
Today I was told there is an update available, and I was asked whether I wanted to update my copy of Backup4All, currently 8.5 version 264. I clicked on Yes, I want to update. I then got a message saying "Could not download the setup files. Exception: Socket Error #11004." I am a new user and have no idea what this means nor what I should do.

In the meantime, please close Backup4all and install the latest version from:

Thanks very much for your prompt and helpful reply. I followed your instructions, installed the most recent version from the link you provided, and all now seems to be well.
