Bug in plugin creator: Mishandles XML specials characters.

I used an & (ampersand) in a source root tag, as in This & That. The resulting XML was not well-formed ... the & was left as is, not replaced by &. Naturally, Backup4All was unable to load it. Manually edited the XML and did the entity replacement. The XML is now well formed, but now the tag shows up with the entity (This & That) in both the creator and the backup program.
