Backup to Azure Failing Test
Hi,
I am working to setup a new backup process in Backup4All with an Azure blob storage account. I have a created a new Azure storage account and container just for this process. I have entered the Account Name and Container name as they appear in Azure and have copied the key into the backup4all setup. When I click test I get an error saying:
"HTTP request failed with code 403, message is Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature."
When I check the "Key is Shared Access SIgnature" box I get he following error:
"HTTP request failed with code 404, message is The specified resource does not exist"
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Please make sure the account name and the key are correct.
If the key is not shared access signature, that option should not be selected.

I copied and pasted the account name, container name, and key directly from Azure and received the same error messages.

Do you have the latest version of Backup4all 8.5.272? if not, please try with the latest version and see if you still have the problem.
