Warning: File not Found

I am currently doing an FTP that's about 56 thousand files big and around 20GB.


Everytime the ftp finishes I get a warning and upon inspecting the logs i see entries like this


[10/14/2015 4:42:27 PM] Warning: File "C:\Shares\Company\Closed Label.doc" not found in zip "C:\Users\thomasadmin\AppData\Local\Temp\1\Softland\Backup4all 5\OBSCSGLB71187979DL1OKF3TW511\Company\1_C.zip"

For every single file that's supposed to be backed up. I cant see the catalog or restore any files when this happens.

Is this a known issue?
