Source directory changed by Google drive for pc
My source directory (G) was changed to (I) when Google Drive for PC was installed and took the G letter. What do I have to do? Create a new Backup job and backup from the new changed source all over again? How does Backup4all handles the folders/files previously saved? Thanks!

Re: Source directory changed by Google drive for pc
Hi,
Can you change the drive letter for Google Drive? and then revert the I: drive back to G: ?
That is the best solution.
Otherwise you need to add the source files from I: drive in the backup job and they will be backed up again as different new files.
The existing files will still be there in backup and you can restore them.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
