Search files not working
Sorry if I ask too many questions. But I tried the software heavily. I can't expand the search after doing 1 query. Even after I click refresh (Backup4All Portable 9.9). The tree seems stopped.
I had to close and reopen the app in order to do expand and search.
Why the software behave like this?

Hi,
Were there many files and folders backed up?
It is possible the search process was still in progress and the tree no longer responds to expand it.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Only 60-70GB. I left it for an hour and it didn't find the search string.
When I close and restart the application, the folder instantly expandable. It is weird..

Hi,
It's not about the size of the backup, but the number of files and folders in catalog, multiplied with the number of file versions.
Please sens us that .bkc catalog file to us (in a zip archive) to see if we can reproduce the problem here.

Update:
It now can search the file after system restart. Not an app restart. Thanks .
Maybe it is a OS related issue?
Now I wonder if the searched file can be seen as a list rather than shown from a tree. Tree view is unmanageable.
