Scheduled jobs not happening
All my scheduled jobs have stopped working for the last couple of weeks. When I look at the schedule for any task it shows a User name that is non-existant. If I change the name and input the password, it seems to be ignored. I can run the jobs manually, but how do I override the user login details? My suspicion is that it all stopped working after a recent version Update.

Hi,
Do you have the same problem if you delete the existing tasks and create a new one for the current user?

I haven't tried that - but will do. Currently all my tasks run manually, but when I try to add a schedule iI get an Access Denied error. I am not clear as to which Access is the issue. I am backing up to a network drive.
Re: Scheduled jobs not happening
Just tried that and it is working. But that means all my Jobs will have to be recreated and a full backup run initiated - many 100GBs of data. Is there no shortcut?

Hi,
I asked you to recreate the scheduled tasks from Backup Properties->Scheduler
Not the actual backup jobs.
Just recreating the scheduled tasks from Backup Properties will not run the entire backup again.
They only trigger the backup execution.

If I try and add the schedule to an existing task, that's when I get the Access is Denied error, so the schedule never gets added.

Hi,
That means there is a permission issue with the Task Scheduler folder.
Please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
Open Task Scheduler Library->Softland
Delete "Backup4all 9" folder from there.
Then restart Backup4all and try again to schedule an existing backup job.
Do you still get the error?

Hi Adrian
At last! I could see all the originally scheduled tasks, but having the wrong User id. Once deleted it now seems I can add a schedule back to each job. Thanks for persisting with this.
