Outlook backup did not backup all PST file?
I am using Backup4all Lite 4.4 build 207 on XP. I tried to use the building plug-in to backup the outlook. However, after backup, I found some PST files under my "C:\Documents and Settings\Roy\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" were not backup! The not backup PST file working in my Outlook offline folder.
Can anyone help?

Please send us to support[at]backup4all[dot]com :
- the .bkc catalog file for that job. You can find the .bkc file if you go to View->Open folder->Destination folder.
- the .log file for the last backup job. To find it, please go to: View->Job Logs->Last Backup Log.
Put the files into a zip/rar archive.

No need send out log. I checked the backup detail, all files under the Outlook folder will be backuped. I mis-read the some category tree files name.
