New drive with copied data disrupts my backup's jobs
Last week, one of my drives on my computer that contains only my documents got damaged and had to be replaced with a new drive.
I copied all the data to the new drive from my backup drive.
(the main hard drive with the operating system was not harmed and stays as it was).
Now, Backup4all recognizes all the copied files as new files and is backing up everything when I perform incremental or differential backups.
This takes all the space on my backup drive, and I would like to find a way to avoid it and yet to keep all my old parts of my incremental or differential backups and continue to backup only the new ones.
How can this be done?
I am using Backup4all version 4.8.
Thanks

Re: New drive with copied data disrupts my backup's jobs
Hi,
Please send me the following files to support[at]backup4all[dot]com:
- the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination
- the last backup job from View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
Put the files into a zip archive.
