License Problem
Hello, we bought backup4all a couple of years ago, I changed the computer and windows install, and now i cannot get to take the name an license.
I though the licenses didn't expire, what is the problem?

What proof of purchase do i have to provide? I sent an email to support, but so far no answers, I cannot go on in trial mode. thanks
