initiate manual update

Hi,

how do you start a search for available updates from within the
B4all interface/GUI manually?
I do not want to set any automated update search/popups but I
have set updates to "manual" and I am now looking for a button
"search for updates now"?
Where is it?

Please go to File->Help
On that page you will see the "Check for updates" button.
