Delayed backups keep failing
Hi,
I'm running Backup4all 4.5 build 229 on windows server 2008 standard edition.
I'm scheduling a delayed unattended backup to backup files to a mapped hard disc. But keep having the backups fail.
When I check the backup log I have this message at the end:
[20/10/2010 12:30:07] Error: Backup "Framework mapped drive backup" is already running
[20/10/2010 12:30:07] Error: Cannot start backup InitNewBackup1
Backup aborted at 20/10/2010 12:30:07 with 2 error(s), 0 warning(s)
Can anybody help please?
Thanks,
Andy

Re: Delayed backups keep failing
After some investigation found ALL delayed backups fail with the same error, IE. Local, network or FTP. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. The first backup works but then subsequent ones all fail, as thought a process has been left running on the system. Checked tack manager but couldn't find any rogue processes running.
Can anybody help?

Hi,
Please send us:
- the .bkc catalog file for that job. You can find the .bkc file if you go to View->Open folder->Destination folder.
- the .log file for the last backup job. To find it, please go to: View->Job Logs->Last Backup Log.
Put the files into a zip archive and send them to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
