can not backup from NAS to local disk
Hi Support,
I'm getting an error backing up from a NAS (shared folder) to local disk.
When I try to manually copy using windows explorer to local disk is ok, which means the UNC path is valid.
I tried mapping the shared folder to drive, but is says can not find drive when backing up.
See below error log using UNC path. I also attached an image of the path and files I'm trying to backup. Thanks.
