BSOD Errors
I am getting BSOD (Blue screen of death) errors whenever Backup4All V5(V4) is installed.
Has been fine for a while but last 2 months with microsoft been trying to eliminiate, was some nasties I had to get rid of and the frequency slowed.
One of the apps to remove was yours , bsod's had settled down so I resinstalled 5 and couple of hours latter got bsod, removed, no bsod for the last 48 hours.
Any known conflicts, do you want the 'Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2' produced that msoft uses?
Any other system reports?
Can you help me?
tia

Re: BSOD Errors
Hi,
We do not have such problems here and no other client reported such a problem.
Please let us know the build number of Backup4all you use. Make sure you have the latest one: 5.0.396.
