Hi all
how do I backup only certain file types, ex. fotos, or only music?

This is something that most of the people are confused about. Why is it that there are different storage procedures for the media files and the other files? Though the people are using these services are much more concerned about using the software effectively to the best of their knowledge. I think that it would be a very good thing to have the knowledge on this too.

But I still would like to have a function implemented that allows me to backup only say *.txt files whereas until now there seems that there is only the possibility to exclude *.txt files.

We need a filter for inclusion not for exclusion only.

Hi,

There are filters both for exclude and include.
Please go to Backup Properties->Filters.
Press the "Add include" button.
Select the file type you want to include.

After that, on the Sources page, you can add the main folder to back up all txt files under it.
