Is the backup job in use by another application?

Last night was fine-
Total number of files added to backup: 3215
Total number of folders added to backup: 3
Total size of files added to backup: 3.81 GB (uncompressed), 1.69 GB (compressed)
Number of files excluded: 17
Number of folders excluded: 0
Next scheduled backup:
Backup completed at 28/09/2011 00:33:50 with 0 error(s), 0 warning(s)
Nothing else should be opening that file, I'll get filemon watching it so I can see if anything else is opening it.
