Application Priority - Unable to Set

Post by robertepetersen »

Using Backup4all 7.1 and needing to set Application Priority because backup must run while I perform other operations and they need priority. Manual says it's under options, but it is not present on my version. Please advise.

Hi,

What edition of Backup4all 7.1 do you have?

The "Memory usage" option allows you to allocate more RAM memory from File->Options->Backup. There is a cursor you can move to a higher or lower position.
In order to set different priority between backup jobs, please go to Backup Properties->Advanced page and change the "Backup priority" level.
