Application Log File Format
After upgrading from v3 to v4 last week I noticed the application log file (Backup4All.log) was mal-formatted in Notepad. Below is a sample:

Re: Application Log File Format
Hi,
What version of Backup4all 4 you installed?
Do you have the same problem for the backup job? View->Job Logs->Last backup log.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
Re: Application Log File Format
I have v4.4 Build 214
The problem does NOT appear to effect the individual backup reports. This is only happening for the "Backup4all.log" file (View, View Application Log).
I'm going to delete the file and let the program make a fresh version.

Re: Application Log File Format
After deleting the file and letting the Backup4all make it from scratch it appear OK.
I did look at the file with EditPad Pro. When I switched it to Hex Mode I noticed the spaces were really 00h not 20h. I told EditPad Pro to search for 00h and replace it with 20h. Then switched back to text mode and the file looked OK.
I have no idea why this happened or how it started but it appears OK now.

Hi,
We don't have such problems here and no other user reported it before.
If the problem appears again, please let us know.
