App won't start

App won't start

Hi - I'm using Backup4All on Windows 11 and the app no longer starts. Doesn't matter if I click on the shortcut or go straight to the .exe file. Nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and removing all registry files, then reinstalling, but still nothing.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Please make sure the antivirus/firewall is not blocking Backup4all application to start.
Put it in the exceptions list.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
