Is "Nothing to backup" an error or info?

Post by tbalci »

Hi Softland Team,

Time to time my backups end with an error, and when I check the log, I see that there are no files to be backed up. Here is a snip:
$ grep -i 'error' 'File Backup - USB_20231023214714.backup.log'
...
Backup aborted after 18:07 minute(s) at 23.10.2023 22:05:21 with 1 error(s), 6 warning(s)
[23.10.2023 22:05:26] Error: All the files and folders have been skipped. Nothing to backup.
Actually there are no errors that I can trace and troubleshoot. So that's brings the question: did this backup job end with error? I don't think so, and I think if there is nothing to back up, the backup should not end with an error, but with an information message.

Thank you.
Tolga
