windows 7 - bck4all main menu doesn't appear

windows 7 - bck4all main menu doesn't appear

it worked well until a few days. Now, when I launch bck4all, I see the icon (on mid side, not the small icons in the hidden part) on the desktop lower bar, when I put my mouse pointer on the icon can see the bck4all menu window in transparency, but when I try to click on it, nothing happens. Bck4all runs "in background", I can launch the backup jobs using the gadget and everything goes normally...but no mean to access the main menu window.

Hi,

Please make sure the backup4all.exe process is closed (in Task Manager).
Go to "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\Backup4all Professional 4\" and rename the "Layout.ini" file.
