When select folders/files in "source", why some folders in RED?

When select folders/files in "source", why some folders in RED?

I am backup the Outlook through the plug-in, in the source selection dialog, some folders are in red, however, all of the files in all folders are checked(selected), but some of the files will not be backed up.

Any clue?

Please send us the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
