Warning: Cannot delete folder: ....

I have set up a mirror job that is going to a local StableBit DrivePool drive.
I am seeing errors such as this in the log file:

Remove excluded or deleted files from backup
Warning: Cannot delete folder: "S:\WHS4_COPY2\Mirror WHS4 to S WHS4_COPY2\C\ProgramData\Sonarr\Backups\"

If I drop to a cmd prompt I have no problems deleting these folders with rd and get no errors etc.
Everything else is running as expected.
Running B4All 9.8 Build 725
Any ideas?

Is the backup executed manually? or it's scheduled.
