One glitch I noticed in my downgrade: I have 2 backup jobs - weekly incremental and daily mirror. After I did the downgrade, the scheduled daily job did not start automatically. Started it manually and it ran OK.
The weekly job also did not start automatically, so started it manually. Then, I went into the Schedule section of each job and they had the day/times as if they had run, though no log produced and no evidence on my external drive that they had run.
I deleted each of the schedules and added a new schedule and the daily job did start automatically last night.

Backup4all Tech Support used a remote desktop viewing tool to work on my PC. Not sure what they found if anything. They eventually uninstalled version 436, then downloaded and installed version 414. My backups are running again. I will wait to hear when a fix has been released.

We were able to find and fix the problem. Please download version 5.0.450 from our website.

I also reverted back to the older version because of files not being selected being backed up.

Updated to the latest build and on some of my backup sets I am getting a "list index out of bounds(-1)" error. on the log the error appears just after the line "creating the list of files to backup"

Any suggestions?
