Use of wildcard paths as Sources/in plugins?

Is this possible to define Source paths using wildcards, fe. C:\Users\*\Documents to back up documents for all users on a machine?

Similarly, is it possible to use such paths in plugins - for example to back up browser config for all user on a machine?

This enables defining sources once for all users on a machine.

At this moment wildcards cannot be used in plugins, for folders.
