Unable to delete or edit a backup job

Unable to delete or edit a backup job

Hello,
I just downloaded the Standard trial and I created a test backup job. I then decided to change it so I cancelled it from running. It's not running, but I cannot edit or delete it. I had to create a new backup job and am running that one now. Is this because it is the trial version that I cannot delete or edit a cancelled backup job?

Hi,

The backup job should be available for edit after the cancel.
Please make sure the bbackup.exe process is not stuck in Task Manager. If it's still running, you can kill it and then restart Backup4all.
Now you should be able to edit the backup job.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
