Starting from scratch after failed backup
Hi,
I have been running a cloud backup for months now and a backup got stuck a few days back so I have to force close it.
Now, succeeding backups start from scratch. Basically, backing everything up again.
Is there a way to resume the previous successful backup session?
Files are still on the cloud but even so, it seems it's not getting detected and it's still backing everything up.
Thank you.

Re: Starting from scratch after failed backup
Hi,
Please send us the last backup log and the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination to support[at]backup4all[dot]com, to see what happened.

Hi Adrian,
Unfortunately, I just redid the backup and all is good again.
Once it happened again, I will send those files to support.
Thanks!
