simple instructions to restore one file in v7

I'm not an IT wizard just a single user with a small business. I need to restore a file but can't figure out how to do it. The support Knowledge base is not helpful.

Hi,

Please open Backup4all, go to Explore View (F2). Select the file you want to restore.
Right click it and select "Restore to". Indicate a restore location and press Restore.
