Runtime Error 216

Post by johnny_swindle »

After I run a successful backup (backup to Blu Ray,disk spanning, zip with no compression) with error checking I receive the following:

Runtime Error 216 at 04C4C5A2

While it appears to not affect the backup (log shows no errors with the backup), it is rather disconcerting to see your backup software issue an error.

Please advise.

Thanks...

Johnny

Anyone one care to venture a guess that the runtime error relates to?

Dear trioloku,

Please download and install the latest version of Backup4all 8.8.335.
If you still have the problem after that, send us the last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.
