I'm running version 5.5 and am trying to restore a prior version of a specific file that has mysteriously disappeared. When I review the backup through the Explore View Versions pane, the only version of the file that appears is from back in January 2017. There should be multiple versions as I update this file monthly and run a smart backup every two days.
I would like to upgrade to version 7, but at this point I'm not sure I want to spend the money because it appears that version 5.5 has not accomplished what it should be.
