Restore OneDrive Backup Job

Hi,

I recently changed computer and wanted to restore/import my (personal) OneDrive backup job without having to do a full backup again (since it takes ages to finish).
How do I load the .bkc file from OneDrive?

Hi,

Please open Backup4all, go to File->Open From->OneDrive
Configure Onedrive, press Show and the .bkc catalog files will be listed. Select the catalogs you want to open.
The backup jobs will be recreated in Backup4all.

Hi,
I confirm that your instruction worked however I'm having issues with the backup itself.
It always start from zero when I press Backup. The scheduled job doesn't work too.

Any advice? Thanks again.

Hi,

Please send us the last backup log and the .bkc catalog file for that job (from the backup destination), to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.
