We have faced the same problem with two of our clients who use a similar setup. Both setups have the backup files on lan HDDs, after the backup process is done our clients' cant access files that are located on the server. If we restart the server the problem is fixed, however, we are looking for a better solution.
The OS used is windows server 2016 and both have Backup4all Professional 8.9.352.
We tried to change the "create temporary files" option and change the size of the individual file from 4GB to 1GB, but they didn't help with our problem.
Any help and opinion are appreciated.
We are looking forward to your answers.
