Not a valid Win32 application

Post by clyde »

Hi, trying to install Backup4all 4 Pro on a new PC, Windows 7 64 bit, using the exe file.
We get the error message "not a valid Win32 application".
We've got around this by downloading the msi file, and installing from that.
But does anyone know why this would happen ?
Thanks.

Hi,

That could happen because your internet connection went down during the download, resulting an incomplete .exe file.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
