Max file size for onedrive business backup

Hello, I am having problems with backup of file of size 2.5GB to onedrive for business the job finish with error of Quata limit excedeed but I have 1TB of space , is there a limit for indivual files??

Hi,

Please make sure the user quota was not exceeded. You have 1 TB for all users. Is the entire space assigned to that user?
Send us the last backup log for that job to support[at]backup4all[dot]com

Yes all 1TB is assigned to that user, and other jobs that upload files up to 1.9GB upload the files without problem

Hi,

Please open Backup Properties->Compression.
Set the split size at 1 GB and select the "Create independent splits" option.
Press Save and run the backup.
Do you still have the problem?
