Limiting network bandwidth when uploading to cloud

Post by kwab50 »

Hello,

Is it possible to limit network usage when uploading data to the Cloud? For example, I have about 50 gigs of multimedia files I would like to upload to OneDrive, but I don't want it to use full upload bandwidth for the entire 50gigs. Some programs allow you to set the time of day and max speed at which it should do the upload. Of course, the upload will take longer, but it won't interfere with my use of the computer or bother my ISP. Just wondering if this setting exists in Backup4All, but I just haven't found it.

Thank you.

Hi,

In the current release of Backup4all 6.3.278 we introduced this feature. Please download and install it from our website.
You can find in Backup Properties->OneDrive the options to limit the bandwidth.
