installation error

Hi,

I had backup4all pro installed on my machine and reinstalled because of problems and the program does not start. I see the exe file start in the task manager process window, but it goes away after a second. I tried uninstalling, re-installing and repair. Nothing seems to work. BTW I downloaded the install file from the web site. Help!

Hi,

Please make sure there is no antivirus/firewall blocking Backup4all.
