How to backup empty files (not folders)?

How to backup empty files (not folders)?

How a user can backup empty files (not a empty folders)?

The situation is: I have a folder that contains files with different size and empty file (O byte).

After generating the backup, the empty files are not stored.

The backup method used is MIRROR.
