Godaddy as email provider email notifications

Post by oldman1943 »

I am trying to setup email notifications and I do not know what my smtp is. Can you please help. I have tried smtpout.secureserver.net and this did not work. There port number is 80. This all works with outlook.

Thanks

Hi,

The same settings should work in Backup4all.
What is the error message received when trying to send a test email?
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
