Getting log warning "not found in zip"
I FTP my backups off site, but I get an email every morning saying there are 22995 warnings in the log file. I checked it and each line shows my original file name and says "not found in zip" and then the file name of the zip (see below).
i.e.
[3/15/2011 3:56:06 AM] Warning: File "C:\images\071d45c6-cdf7-4475-9c46-34b2c9f916e5A.jpg" not found in zip "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\Softland\Backup4all Professional 4\QQK5HQHR126\FJ Home\1_C.zip"
What is causing this? How do I fix this?
We just bought the software so it is the newest Professional version.

Please send us the backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
