ftp access

I am trying to setup a ftp backup on a windows 7 pro 64 bit machine. Backup4 all is registered as a firewaall exception.

I have entered the address as http://ftp.transferum.com. the port as 21 and put in my username, etc. I simply get a response on testing that It cannot connect


any ideas much appreciated
